India General Service 1895-1908, 1 clasp, Punjab Frontier 1897-98 (3642 Pte A. Ridgeway 2d Bn Arg: & Suth'd Highrs), light contact wear overall, suspension loose, very fine

A. Ridgeway was discharged to the Army Reserve after the expeditions to quell the disturbances on the Punjab Frontier. He was soon mobilised for duty in the Anglo-Boer War and is further entitled to a Queen's South Africa Medal with clasps for Modder River, Paardeburg and Driefontein as well as a King's South Africa Medal with two clasps; sold together with copied medal rolls.
