Four: Captain E. Harrison, Manchester Regiment, who was 'mentioned' for services in North-West Europe during the Second World War

1939-1945 Star; France and Germany Star; Defence and War Medals, with M.I.D. Oakleaf, about extremely fine, (4)

M.I.D. London Gazette 4 April 1946.

E. Harrison is additionally noted as being twice wounded in action, firstly on 4 March 1944 and secondly on 24 July 1944, whilst serving with the 1st Battalion. Sold together with the original 'O.H.M.S.' card box of issue bearing the recipient's address, a correctly-annotated awards slip, a pair of card identity disks stamped '262491, CE, Harrison E', and a cloth riband bar with an M.I.D. Oakleaf upon the 1939-1945 Star riband.
