Great War Bronze Memorial Plaque (George Beken), drilled at 12 o'clock, otherwise very fine

George Beken was born at Deptford, enlisted at Lewisham and served in France from the 16 March 1915 with the East Kent Regiment. He was killed in action on 10 October 1916 and is commemorated at the Guards' Cemetery, Lesboeufs.
