1914-15 Star (R.M.A. 7530. Gr. W. Dooley.), some light verdigris, very fine

William Dooley was born 1 June 1878 at Handforth, Stockport and he joined the Royal Marine Artillery on 15 April 1898 at Manchester. He served as a Gunner aboard Goliath during the Boxer Rebellion in China and latterly during the Great War.

He is further entitled to a China 1900, Great War Pair and a Royal Navy L.S. & G.C., these were sold by Baldwins in 2014.
