India General Service 1908-35, 1 clasp, Waziristan 1919-21 (332948 Cpl. V. Gaston. R.A.F.), good very fine

Vernon Gaston was born at Kensington on 11 January 1893 and had served with the Queen's Westminster Rifles during the Great War. He enlisted in the Royal Air Force on 7 August 1919 and served with No. 20 Squadron in Waziristan, before being discharged in August 1931.
