1899 (21 Mar.) incoming envelope from Sweden addressed to the Russian Legation in Tangier bearing 5o. green (4) cancelled by Stockholm c.d.s., then redirected to Marrakech by local 1893-95 1c. blue. tied by "Tanger" (28.3) dotted circle c.ds.; the reverse with transit Mazagan (16.1) c.d.s.,small usual perimeter faults, nevertheless a highly desirable cover being the only known incoming mail from Sweden bearing a Moroccan local stamp.
