Straits Settlements 5c. stationery envelope with Okugawa seal alongside, addressed to Penang, bearing Straits Settlements 1c. with Okugawa seal, Dai Nippon Penang 2c. pairs (2), Dai Nippon Pahang 1c. and Perak 2c. pair and Negri Sembilan 1c. with red single frame handstamp, all cancelled by superb "penang road/penang" h.s. in violet (Type JD1) with datestamp alongside each strike, showing violet oval censor chop with arrival datestamp on reverse; the envelope with some light foxing.
