U.S.A.: Hudson Tunnel Railway Company, a stationers share form, printed with manuscript insertions, New York, 188[9], #39, black, signed by the Vice President. Originally two companies, one in New York and the other in New Jersey, of the same name were formed in 1873 to build a tunnel under the Hudson to connect New York lines with those in New Jersey. They were consolidated into this in 1874 with a capital of $10,000,000. VF and to our knowledge the first time seen. Not in Cox.
