Great Britain: Native Guano Company Ltd., a group of 70 certificates for £5 shares, 3 varieties with printed dates of 1872, 1880 and 1881, otherwise the same design, scrollwork at left, black. Patented the 'ABC process' for sewage/foul waste treatment using alum, blood, clay and charcoal. The resulting product was dried and marketed as 'native guano', an alternative to other popular fertilisers. VF and better (70).
