Great Britain: Dunblane Hydropathic Company Limited, £10 shares, 187[9], scrollwork at left, black. Designed by architects Peddie & Kinnear the huge hydro was opened with a grand ball in 1878. It has had a chequered history, being used as a military hospital in WWI, and a girls school during WWII. Opened again as a hotel after the war and passing through several owners and now run as a Double Tree by Hilton following a £12 million refurbishment. VF and rare.
