1850s/1950s valuable mint and used collection, organized in a stockbook, with many stamps present in both mint and used examples, the mint being predominantly hinged, with many better items including 1897 Diamond Jubilee to the 50c, 1897 Maple Leaf issue complete, 1898 Numeral issue to the 10c, 1903-8 King Edward VII including 7c and 10c values, 1908 Quebec Tercentenary complete, useful Admirals including coils, 1928-9 Scroll issue and 1930-1 Pictorial issue complete, back-of-the-book including Air Post complete to 1946, run of Admiral War Tax, used examples with 1852-7 3d red (trivial corner crease), ½c through 15c Large Queens, $1 through $5 Diamond Jubilees, the $5 being particularly well-centered, Leaf and Numeral issues complete, etc, some faults as expected particularly in the Victorian period, many well-centered stamps throughout, a high-cataloguing collection, chiefly fine.
