Cecil Stephen Wallis was born in 1892 and worked as a Sign Writer prior to enlistment on 5 May 1916. Entering the war in France on 10 July 1916 he served with 53rd Brigade Signals and later 18 Signal Company. Wallis was discharged on 20 September 1919 with a pension for scoliosis; sold together with copied including census data and service records.
