John Ernest Sessions was born at Hendred, Berkshire in 1883. Enlisting as a Territorial on 14 March 1903 with the Royal Engineers, Sessions was mobilised on 5 August 1914 and joined the war in France on 15 September 1914 (Star). Serving here until 21 February 1916 when he returned to Britain, being discharged, time expired on 3 March 1916; sold together with copied research including census data, service records and medal rolls.
