William Charles Rowley was born in 1881 and lived at 31 St. John's Lane, Bedminster prior to enlistment on 18 November 1918. Mobilised on 2 June 1916 he was posted to the Queenstown Garrison Artillery on 8 June 1916. Entering the war in France on 27 November 1916, Rowley served with 91 Siege Battery until 25 December 1918; sold together with copied research including M.I.C., medal roll and service papers.
