1/- red inscribed 'marotiri island', two mint examples, one with double impression caused by a double strike of the carved woodblock striking the wax mould. Also an unfranked "Flimsy" from Robinson at Whangaparapara with a fine impression of the rare handstamp: 'the original/ great barrier pigeongram service/ marotiri syndicate pigeongram service', also an official receipt for a message sent from Great Barrier island; an attractive group. CP VP6 etc.
