1867 July, Post Office circular for "new postage stamps of the value of tenpence, two shillings, and five shillings." bearing 10d. red-brown, 2/- pale blue overprinted "specimen" type 5 plus 5/- rose, plate 1 overprinted "specimen" type 6; the stamps now affixed with hinges and there is some wear to the circular which has now been rebacked.
