4a. blue and red, position 4, neatly cancelled by central '1' numeral of Bombay, cut to a near perfect square showing complete frame lines, two complete rosettes at left and two large part rosettes at right; faint bend mentioned for the sake of complete accuracy though superb in all other respects and a superlative example ranking among the finest used 4a. in existence.
