½a. blue Die III 'D' stone block of four [21-22 / 29-30], unused without gum, good to large margins all round, upper right stamp showing retouch in upper part of eye and chignon, the block illustrating the variation in inking between the upper and lower pairs; a couple of tiny light marks on the lower pair, otherwise a very rare and striking multiple.
