Japanese picture stationery card to Belgium, bearing I.C.P. 4c. tied by a fine strike of Hankow bilingual c.d.s., with pair of Hong Kong 2c. carmine cancelled by a superb strike of this rare boxed "I.P.O." tieprint and light Shanghai c.d.s.
