1952 Unissued "Leclerc Monument at Tamara" set unmounted mint, as usual with gum slightly patchy due to production process, with Vincennes Philatelie certificate (1997), also a Die Proof of the 10f.+20f. in violet signed by the engraver Raoul Serres. A fine and scarce group. Only 1,500 printed. Maury 89A/D, €1,200 .
