The second piece bearing (1908-17 issue) 0.25c. on 35c. (2 strips, one surcharged in black, the other in red), 0.25c. on 40c. and 0.25c. on 45c. The third bearing 1c. on 15c. All tied by 'postes et telegraphs/collection/de/berne/madagascar' handstamps in red. Scarce and attractive
