Page believed to be from a ca. 1903 Maury album with hinged adhesives and postal stationery cut-outs available in 1889, all overprinted "SPECIMEN" and issued by the Post and Telegraph Administration of Indo-China. Stamps and stationery cut-outs are from the General issues with 1881-86 1c. to 20c. and 35c. to 1f., and postage due 1884 5c. to 5f.; stationery cut-outs with eight different types. Condition mixed as usual nevertheless a very difficult ensemble to obtain. Photo
