1897-1913 Postal History selection (24) including Military, Railway, Small Village, Franchise, with 1904 (Feb.) printed matter wrapper to Dong-Hoi franked 1c. with Hanoi/Tonkin cancellation (date unclear), Dong-Hoi/Annam arrival of 19 Feb. 1904 on the reverse; fine. The 1c. stamp used singly on a printed matter wrapper is a major rarity; Cao-Bang: 1905 double weight envelope to Beauvais franked 10c., Grasset 5c. and France 1904 F.M. 15c., Cao-Bang/Tonkin cancellations, transit and arrival markings on reverse; A very interesting group seldom offered.
