Canada; Brooks Steam Motors Ltd., common stock of no par value, 19[25], #2097, allegorical figures at top, ornate borders, orange and black. Established in 1923, closely resembled Stanley steamers, named after American financier, orland Brooks who had relocated to Toronto from New York. Also manufactured steam buses but was in trouble by 1929 and its factory and contents sold in 1931. VF.
