Great Britain: Werner Frères Limited, 7% Preference shares, 19[03], #34, blue. The Werner brothers were of Russian origin but lived in Paris. They started to build motorcycles in 1897 and in 1901 they became involved with Harry Lawson and created Werner Motors Limited which built their motorcycles in Great Britain. Successful until 1903 when the company was reorganised as this. Motor cars were produced from 1906 which continued until 1914 but motorcycle production ceased in 1908. VF and scarce.|
