Great Britain: Kilduchevsky Mega Telephone Syndicate Limited, £1 shares, [1897], #8, signed by Paul de Kilduchevsky, blue. Kilduchevsky was of Russian origin and a successful electrical engineer who owned several patents. He worked with Werner Freres on an accumulator, a large megaphone which was marketed by this company and he also built his own monoplane in 1910, exhibited at the Mineola Aero Club. He also developed a specialist telephone for aircraft. VF and rare.
