"Schwalbe" franked at ½d. and 1d., the first with Alfred Docks arrival c.d.s., the second to Zanzibar and redirected to Dar-es-Salaam, both showing "kais. deutsche/marine-/schiffpost/no 17" c.d.s., plus another card addressed to the same crew member showing Zanzibar and Dar-es-Salaam datestamps; also 1902 postcard to Germany bearing German 10pf. tied by unclear "deutsche seepost" c.d.s. and showing framed "paquebot" alongside
