1912 (21 Feb.) 1d. envelope from Chikwawa "via Aden" to C.H. Armbruster (an employee in the B.C.A. training department) Khartoum and cancelled with neat squared-circle datestamp, upon arrival redirected to the British Post Office at Beyrouth and franked at 6m. sharing despatch datestamp, the reverse with Zomba, Chinde, Zanzibar, Port Taufiq, Cairo (two different), Cairo Station, Shellal-Haifa T.P.O. and Beyrout datestamps. A scarce and most unusual redirected franking accompanied by 1898 envelope from Tshiromo to S.H. Fletcher (3rd. Accountant) at Chiromo bearing 1d. Cheque stamp, Fletcher being one of the training department instructors who dealt with the Cheque stamp remainders when they were recalled and handed over to Armbruster
