3c. black on grey, an unused study of the transfer types, all neatly mounted and written-up on five pages, comprising a top left corner block of twelve (3x4) with impressions A to F repeated twice, a top right corner block of sixteen (4x4) with impressions G to J repeated three times (first, third and fourth rows) and impressions A, B, C and G on the second row, a top right corner block of six (3x2), marginal strip of three and six singles, one showing abnormal perforations and one showing part of papermaker's watermark (Transfer H No. 26); condition a little mixed as to be expected with this issue.
