1845 2½r. carmine, black and blue, first printing, tied to piece by red Basel c.d.s. of 21 April 1847, cut into at foot but showing portions or traces of no less than five adjoining stamps, wonderfully fresh colours and unusually showing a considerable shift of the red printing, sharp embossing and fine.
