Note: Owing to the poor quality of the paper upon which these stamps were printed, perforation irregularities are to be expected on this and all subsequent issues.
A mint/unused study of the printings, showing a fine range of dates with some minor duplication, comprising 1d. (12), 2d. (9), 3d. (3 including a tête-bêche pair - one with small stain at top), 4d. (4, one with small stains at top), 6d. (2), 9d. (2), 1s. (6, one imperforate vertically and one with frameline gap at right), 1s.6d. (3 including a pair), 1/6 (2), 2s. (3), 2s.6d. (2), 2/6, 10s. (2), 10s.6d. (2), £1 and 30s. (2, one without gum). A good basis for further expansion, condition generally fine for this issue. Cat. £7,300+
