1935-36 a small mint and used group mounted on pages including photographic essays (30) comprising: 1934 (23 Aug.) 2c. to 50c. (two of each design except 10c.) and (3 Sept.) 2c. and 6c., all unadopted designs, (28 Nov.) 6c. to 1r. set of seven similar to issues designs, with further 2c. 6c. 15c. and 50c. in issued design, the set perforated 'specimen' (2), Government produced presentation booklet containing the issued set, issued set in full imprint blocks of four or eight, some duplication with perf. varieties and further control and imprint blocks as large as twelve, also a great range of covers (c.60) some higher frankings and interesting destinations including two airmail covers, 1936 (14 Apr.) to Surrey bearing part inscription 1r., 1936 (10 Aug.) to London via Karachi bearing 9c. and 10c. carried on the flying boat "Scipio" which was wrecked off Crete and handstamped 'damaged by sea/water', also 1937 (12 Apr.) combination cover to Netherlands bearing Ceylon 2c. and 20c. pair alongside Dutch 6c. A good group.
