1855 (15 Oct.) envelope registered from Mount Blackwood to Switzerland, bearing imperf 6d. orange-yellow [26] and 1/- Registered Die 1 [15], both cancelled in transit at Melbourne with Butterfly "14", showing handstruck "d6", framed "colonies/art-18" in red, Calais transit c.d.s. and, on reverse, manuscript "Blackwood 15/10/55", Australian Packet Liverpool and arrival datestamps. A unique and attractive franking. Photo

Note: Mount Blackwood opened on 25 September 1855 and had apparently not received its cancellers but apparently did receive its supply of adhesives.
