1850 (15 June) stampless wrapper to London "via Ostende" with manuscript "Recommandirt", from Vetter & Co in Leipzig with a light strike of the despatch c.d.s., with boxed "Recomandirt" in red with "45" rate mark, large "P." in circle with the associated crown/"registered" in black applied in Aachen, a light strike of London "paid" c.d.s. (19.6) and the Foreign Branch wide crown "registered" in red (W&J 1131a). Two light vertical filing creases. Good appearance
