1852 (16 Aug.) wrapper to Rotterdam "Via Ostend" bearing 1847-54 Embossed 1/- green, die 1 vertical pair (good margins, just touched in a couple of places but very large at left) with 10d. brown (good margins, just touching at top) cancelled by "466" numerals, twice marked "Registered" and with London Paid tombstone and "PD" in oval, the reverse with Liverpool despatch and faint arrival c.d.s. (19.8). A little soiled and two vertical filing creases, one of which runs between the two 1/- stamps. A good franking
