1867 (7 Feb.), cover from Guadalajara to Mascota franked 2r. on white double impression to pay the single rate beyond 16 leagues, fancy laurel leaves cancellation with oval datestamp alongside. One of only three covers recorded with the double impression variety. Elmhurst Certificate (1995) which does not mention the variety. Scott 6 var., S.G. 3A var.
