India 2a.6p. orange envelope, uprated with ½a. and 2a., from Simla "By Brindisi-Southampton" and then by West Indies Packet to Springfield Post Office, showing a superb strike of the "springfield/97/jamaica" boxed datestamp at foot with date completed in manuscript on 9 October, Kingston (9.10) and London (20.9) datestamps on reverse.
