1866 (7Aug.) envelope (opened-out), complete with letter, from Richmond to Ontario Co., N.Y., bearing 2d. rose (corner fault) and wing-margin 4d. orange-brown cancelled "A79" and with circular-framed "steamship/10" postage due datestamp (6.9) below for an incoming Steamship Letter, manuscript "4" at centre indicating credit to Jamaica, the reverse with despatch, Kingston (8.8 with "8" inverted) and St. Thomas (13.8) datestamps; minor soiling, otherwise sound.
