"2½oz" entire (faults on reverse), with three enclosures, from the Secretary's Office at St. Ann's Bay "p post" to the Vice Spanish Consul advising that the master of the Schooner Terrible Freeman ? has passed as the master of a Droger (a West Indian coasting vessel for transporting goods to and from shore), signed by the Governor George Robinson and rated "6/3", fine "st anns bay" at left.
