1837 (1 Feb.) entire letter, headed "Rio Neuvo Bay", via Kingston "p. Packet" to Manchester, marked at a 1oz. quadruple rate letter and charged 1/10½d. Jamaica inland Postage and 9/4d. including UK inland postage from Falmouth to Manchester, showing "packet letter/devonport" handstamp in red and, on reverse across join, very light salt gut", the only example recorded, Kingston K4 and Manchester (27.3) datestamps.
