UK inward Packet letter charge plus 11d. inland postage from Falmouth to London, re-addressed, re-posted and charged 1/3d. inland postage from London to Leven, Scotland showing, on reverse, manuscript "Black River" partially crossed by Edinburgh datestamp and "jamaica" fleuron datestamp over-cancelled by London datestamp.
