Bank of England, £50, 23 June 2021, serial number AA01 002009, red, Queen Elizabeth II at right and in a transparent window at left with text £50 BANK OF ENGLAND. Microchip image in gold and red, red, Queen Elizabeth II at right and in a transparent window at left with text £50 BANK OF ENGLAND. Microchip image in gold and two 21 spiral features in green appear two 21 spiral features in green appear over the window, a second smaller window based on Bletchley Park low right. Reverse red, a photo of Turing and a table and mathematical formulae, the Automatic Computing Engine (ACE) Pilot Machine and technical drawings for the British Bombe, a red foil patch at upper right with letters AT is based on the image of a sunflower head. Ticker tape depicting Alan Turing's birth date (23 June 1912) in binary code.
