1906 (20 Aug.) complete page from the De La Rue Ink Recipe Book for Cyprus with ink recipes for 10 Paras Postal Cards & Reply ('Imitation Phosphine'), KEVII 10 Paras Postage plus 1 Piastre Revenue ('D.F. Purple') with DLR dummy stamps affixed as colour standards. The reverse bears dummy stamps and March 1907 recipe (AA4) for 'English Unappropriated Stamps overprinted with above ink' noted 2/-, 3/- and 4/- Foreign Bill/Contract Notes. An important and unique historical document from the De La Rue archives
