1854 (4 Sept.) mourning envelope from St. Lucy to "His excellency The Lieutenant Governor", rated "4" and bearing 1852-55 blued paper (1d.) blue lightly cancelled "11", the reverse with "11" and double-arc despatch (5.9) datestamps; the adhesive defective and the reverse with a couple of sellotape stains though the sole example with a blue paper (1d.) and this cancellation recorded.
