1871 (7 Mar.) small envelope from St. Peter to Miss Bend at St. Michael, bearing 1861-70 (1d.) blue cancelled with fine bootheel "10", the reverse (part flap missing) with complete "10" despatch datestamp across flap and another and small part datestamp; the sole local cover recorded with this bootheel cancellation. Also 1882 envelope from Bridgetown to Christchurch bearing 1882 ½d. pair with bootheel duplex and with very light "ch ch" datestamp at foot, and 1892 2d. F size registered envelope, uprated with 1882 1d., cancelled with code A datestamp and with void bootheel alongside, similarly cancelled on reverse Photo
