1898 (30 Sept.) ½d. postal stationery newspaper wrapper to Barbados cancelled by Kingstown c.d.s. and with a very good strike of the small "late fee" handstamp; an adhesive has been removed, nevertheless a very good example of this scarce marking. Also 1900 (13 Apr.) ½d. newspaper wrapper front to British Guiana from Kingstown bearing a good strike of the boxed "too late" (type 76) along with a very faint "... Packet" handstamp. (2)
