1895 (24 July) envelope to "The Times" in London bearing Madagascar 2d. blue and 6d. green each cancelled by Antananarivo c.d.s and Natal 2½d. vertical pair each tied by Durban c.d.s., paying the double letter rate. 2d. torn at right and bottom left, nevertheless an important item. Timestamp on face and London arrival d.s. on reverse.
