ZAR 4d. postal stationery envelope to East London, Cape Colony, uprated with OFS ½d. pair, both cancelled by Potchefstroom square-circle datestamp and with dated manuscript 'Passed by Censor Potchefstroom 14/12/00' on reverse. A scarce pair, both with minor faults
