PG-RJ deep blue block of twelve (4x3), RH constant variety, RI-RJ shifted transfer, large to close margins all round, a little coarsely cut at top, unused without gum with some pressed creases, QG with closed tear. Nevertheless a striking multiple with a beguiling deep blue shade and one of the largest unused multiples from this Plate extant. R.P.S. Certificate (2001), together with a letter confirming prevenance from Mr. Michael Sefi, the then Keeper of the Royal Philatelic Collection, to Lord Steinberg. S.G. DS7. Photo
