OHMS cover with GB 1d lilac cancelled with the boxed "potchefstroom / 2 dec 1900 / transvaal" cachet, addressed to an Army Nursing Sister, Cape Town, readdressed to the General Hospital, Elandsfontein, from General Hospital, Mooi River, with transit datestamps of Mooi River and Ladysmith Natal; ZAR postal stationery envelope franked by pair of 1/2d VRI overprints, cancelled Potchefstroom square circle, to East London, with a manuscript "Passed by Censor / Potchefstroom/14/12/00" endorsement over the back flap; OHMS long envelope with printed "Burgher Camps Department", addressed to "The Secretary/Hospital/Johannesburg". No postal markings but bears the rare cachet "burgher camp / potchefstroom / 9 aug 1901", signed "J.Swart Supr". Few of this cachet have been recorded.
